A day in the ministry can be great anywhere but in Cusco, with stunning blue skies and almost everyone is happy to discuss the Bible, it's awesome!
We caught a bus up the hill to meet the brothers and sisters at the territory not far from The Watchtower.
In addition to the locals, there were a few visiting American families who had also come for the convention.
Witnesses at each door along the main road.
This is typical territory for the Mirador congregation. As you can see it is literally the side of a hill. For those adjusting to the altitude such as your truly, stairs are challenging.
Caleb and Sophia video in Spanish
It is not safe for gringos to drink the water in Peru so one must carry a bottled water wherever you go.
I was very happy to be able to show a Caleb video to this young lady. We even chatted a little, her in Spanish and me in English.

Not all the steps are concrete but this didn't deter the local sisters.
And up they go.
And up and up
Alexandra worked with Sisters Praxides and Margarita a regular pioneer. Between them they had enough Spanish / English to communicate and have a lot of laughs. And yes, these sisters just waked up that dirt track. All in a days work!

The Andes
Just some of the group
Those who go up must come down again.
Local mamitas heading up a hill.
Most of the people in Cusco city or "Cusquenas" are of the Quechua race and speak Cusco Quechua first and Spanish as a second language.
Yet more stairs down
In the evening we attended the Spanish language Mirador congregation meeting. There are multiple Spanish congregations in Cusco and a Quechua one.
Most in the congregation wanted to greet the gringos including Alanis who has excellent English.
And a bus ride home.
